Description

Carolina Reaper Mustard takes the Reaper genetics and gives them a mustard-coloured twist. Do not be fooled by the golden-green tones: this one delivers the full Reaper burn.

The pods ripen from green to a deep mustard colour, with the bumpy texture and often the signature Reaper tail. The heat strikes instantly and keeps building in a slow, relentless wave. Beneath it there is still the distinct Reaper flavour, slightly fruity and tropical.

In good conditions the plant is extremely productive, filling itself with twisted pods. Use with great respect in hot sauces and powders.
