Sugar Rush, Orange
C. baccatumA great baccatum bred from an accidental cross I grew years ago. My dear chilihead friend Chris Fowler grew many different phenotypes during a few years and this one is one of those. These large pods are very tasty as you would expect from a baccatum like this. The actual cross is most likely between Jamy and Kalaidoskop chili peppers. The plant is super prolific and quite large in size, still not too big plant for a C. baccatum. Great for stuffing!

Pimenta da Neyde
C. chinenseOne of the strangest chile peppers I've ever seen!
Mature pods won't change the color, but stay purple instead.
Very, very pretty looking plant with lots of even prettier pods with a great aroma.
Very hot. Can be grown as useful bonsai / bonchi-ornamental. Clearly has some C. annuum genes as well.
Grows taller more like C. annuums, unlike most C. chinenses.
Extremely rare!
Gladly, it's easy to grow.Challenge: 16,90 €In stock

Lavender Peach
C. chinenseThe Lavender Peach chili pepper is truly a standout with its vibrant hues and flexible growing conditions. This variety showcases a lovely feature not too commonly found in chili peppers – the stem and the calyx (the part where the stem connects to the pepper) often share the same striking colors as the pods, creating an overall aesthetic harmony.

It has a smooth skin and a soft flesh. The heat level is very high. The exotic, fruity aroma promises a taste that's as lively as its appearance. The peppers transition from a green to gentle peach and a vivid lavender with a glossy sheen that catches the eye.
Gardeners will find the Lavender Peach chili a joy to cultivate, whether in the sun-drenched outdoors, the controlled environment of an indoor pot, or in the greenhouse. Its darker-than-average leaves provide a lush backdrop to the very decorative peppers.
As this variety is still in the process of stabilization, growers can anticipate some variation in the peppers' appearance, which only adds to the charm and excitement of growing Lavender Peach. Simply put, this is the variety to grow!

Hurt Berry
C. chinenseWow!
This painful berry (Who would not LOVE the name Hurt Berry btw!) is insanely hot!
It looks bit something like more stable Carolina Reaper or 7pot Primo.
If you are looking for a SUPER hot variety to grow, this one is a certain choice to get the absolutely hottest!
The taste on this pod is also excellent. On the better side of all the super hots.

C. baccatumA moderately hot, delicious Aji from Peru's northern coastal valleys. Large pods with thick flesh makes this variety one of the best for culinary uses. Slightly sweet, fruity flavor. These beautiful peppers are typically served fresh as side dishes with seafood in Peru.
The plant can get large but easy to grow. Keep it as a compact plant easily with scissors as it grows fast. These pods are GREAT for stuffing too!
