Peruvian Giallo Arancio

Delicious Aji from Peru. The aroma is very good, resembles Aji Amarillo (big version) but ripens more quickly and the pods are slightly smaller on this variety. The aroma works great with fish and chicken. When dried, the taste will have a very unique aroma which could be described as coffee-like. Medium hot. Limited supply.
