Jalapeño Neon Yellow lives up to its name: the pods ripen from green to a bright, almost glowing yellow that lights up both the plant and the plate.

Shape and heat are classic jalapeño, blunt, thick-walled pods with the familiar mild to medium bite. What sets it apart is the flavour, which leans slightly fruity as the pods turn yellow.
