Description

Jalapeño Yellow brings a sunny colour to the jalapeño family. The pods have the familiar blunt jalapeño shape and ripen to a bright, clear yellow.

The flavour is the surprise: unexpectedly sweet for a jalapeño, with plenty of juice and crunch. The heat is friendly and mild, just below medium, so it suits anyone who prefers gentle warmth.

Great in salsas and salads, as a snack straight off the plant, and pickled, where the yellow rings look lovely next to green and red ones. A fine addition for anyone collecting jalapeño colours.
