An old, actually very old variety from Oaxaca, Mexico. One of the main ingredients of the famous mole sauce! The taste of the mature fruit is just great, dried pods have a nice coffee-like aroma.
Highly recommended, especially for Mexican-type cooking.
These pods mature from dark green to beautiful brown color.

Challenge: 1 (Easy to grow but can be a bit challenging to overwinter).
