Big, yellow rocotos which can sometimes reach astonishing size! This makes them great for stuffing aka. Rocoto rellenos. But don’t forget other uses for rocotos as they are absolutely top notch chilis with all kind of cooking. These need a longer season than the most common chilis but in the end, they are more than worth the wait! These have quite thick meat and are quite hot, tasty and juicy pods.
