Habanero, Red
Classic red version of Habanero chili pepper! Very hot, extremely powerful fruity aroma of which Habaneros are known of! For a lover of this aroma, this is one of the plants to get. The plant is usually quite compact and very very prolific. Use as fresh or dried as powder or flakes and the taste will be awesome!
Habanero, Yellow
Yellow Habanero version. This also has a very strong typical Habanero aroma which you will crave after eating some dishes where Habanero has been used.
There is plenty of heat for nice hot cooking but still not nearly as hot as many super hots these days.
Great one to grow as it gives you great yields in compact form!
Lemon Drop
Here’s another great classic – and an essential part of Peruvian cuisine! Baccatum peppers traditionally only grow in South America, but they are actually the easiest and most successful plants for home growers and beginners in chili hobby. Lemon Drop represents hot, non-sweet, slightly lemon-flavored types of baccatum peppers (as opposed to sweet, low-heat or only moderately hot Ajis). The plant is relatively compact and produces lots of bright yellow fruit even in non-ideal home conditions. Grows well in pots. Lemon Drop is especially great for fish dishes! Also a very good, different tasting alternative to Cayenne and other Asian-type red hot peppers.
Pimenta Piaui
Compact, lovely variety which is filled with medium sized pods. Medium heat. A great great kitchen plant witch will also decorate your home as well as produce continuous yield for your cooking. Grows nicely in small hanging pots as well.
