Ganzo Peach F8 chili: pile of wrinkled peach-cream pods

Description

Ganzo Peach F8 is a creation of Giancarlo “Faddas” Fadda, bred from Chupetinho White and Reaper Pink. The pods are a unique peach to pale purple colour, with smooth curves and the occasional twisted tail, so each one has its own personality.

The flavour is bold and complex: fruity sweetness with a bright, tangy edge that comes through best in fully ripe pods. The heat is firmly in the superhot range.

The plants grow tall and vigorous, easily reaching head height, and produce heavily through the season. A powerful pepper for sauces, salsas and fresh use where both colour and heat matter.
