Description

Mustard Ghost Scorpion starts out bright green and matures to a deep mustard yellow. The pods are heavily wrinkled and textured, a clear hint of the heat that lies within.

This is a true superhot, with heat of over a million Scoville units. It is not heat for its own sake, though: the pods have a fruity flavour that brings real complexity to the fire.

The golden pods stand out beautifully against the darker foliage. Use them in hot sauces and stews, or dried as a powder, and use them sparingly.
