Golden Primotalii chili: hand holding wrinkled orange pods

Golden Primotalii chili: bumpy orange pod on white background

Golden Primotalii chili: orange pods with tails on white background

Description

Golden Primotalii is a golden phenotype of Primotalii, the cross between 7 Pot Primo and our namesake Fatalii. This line matures from green to a bright orange-gold, and it is still being stabilised, so expect some variation in colour.

The pods are deeply wrinkled and contorted, with thin walls that make them light in the hand. Do not let the sunny colour fool you: this is a true superhot, in the same league as the hottest peppers around.

Under the heat there is a fruity, citrus-tinged flavour. Use it with great care in hot sauces and powders, where even a small amount goes a long way.
