Aji Cachucha

A traditional quite mild pepper from Cuba.

This doesn’t have the certain powerful, sharp flavor typical to most chinense peppers, but a mellow heat, plesantly slightly sweet taste, (almost like strawberryish).

A great, healthy snack and also good for salads etc.
