Description

Moruga Yellow is the yellow member of the famous Trinidad Moruga family. The pods are wrinkled, bumpy and bright yellow, and they look every bit as dangerous as they are.

The heat builds gradually into a deep, lingering burn, but the flavour stays powerful throughout: surprisingly sweet and fruity, the kind that makes superhots worth the pain. That makes it an excellent choice for hot sauces and for drying into powder.

The plants stay fairly compact and are easy to grow and extremely prolific, producing plenty of pods throughout the season.
