Aji Rojo

Description

Classic Aji variety from Peru. The large, very tasty, sweet pods are great for all kinds of cooking. Produces many, many pods once when grown in decent sized container.

These pods are idealfor stuffing. Aji Rojo powder is also very good as smoked and non-smoked form!
The plant gets large but the growth can be controlled easily with pruning.
