Description

The Al-Bab is a mild  chili pepper from Syria. The plant reaches a height between 80-110 cm, depending on soil volume or pot size. It definitely requires support as it is prolific and could otherwise bend or break under its own weight. The Al-Bab chili pepper stands out with its little spicy and slightly sweet flavor, making it an excellent choice for stuffing or drying for use as a spice.
