Mystic Nebula

Description

Mystic Nebula lives up to its name. The pods are a pale peach to cream base, marbled and streaked with deep purple, and every pod carries its own pattern, from a light speckle to almost solid violet. The colours are there already while the pods are still developing, so the plant looks good long before harvest.

The pods are mid-sized and slightly wrinkled, with a glossy skin and a bright green stem that sets off the colours. The plant is pretty in its own right and gives a stellar yield.

What keeps it in our selection is the taste: it is one of the best-tasting varieties of its type we grow, with a full, fruity aroma. The heat is quite high, but not superhot level, so it is easy to use in cooking and sauces. The variety is not fully stable yet, so expect some variation in colour and shape between plants.
