But this isn’t just a pretty face! The pods pack a medium, nice punch with a sharp, tangy sting that works beautifully in soups, stews and meat sauces — just like they use them in Turkey. Dry them, crush them, toss them into your cooking and enjoy that medium hot kick with real character.
