Mild, very sweet and flavorful chili pepper from Tesuque, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Especially good for stuffing and to be used to spice up your salads. Ideal as a smoked and dried powder as well. Quite fast to mature. Also has a great aroma when green, just before changing colors.
