Aji Habanero

Description

The Aji Habanero, despite its name, is not related to the habanero chili but stands out as a distinct variety which belongs to C. baccatum group. After cultivating it for the first time, it quickly ascended to the top of my favorite chili list.

This variety is characterized by its prolific nature, ensuring a bountiful harvest. It possesses a notable heat level, balanced with a delightful flavor profile, making it a versatile choice for various culinary applications. Its ease of growth makes it an excellent option for both novice and experienced gardeners.

The Aji Habanero particularly shines when dried and ground into powder or transformed into chipotle, offering a unique taste that enhances a wide range of dishes.
