Rocoto, San Pedro Rojo

Description

Absolutely amazing, sweet, thick fleshed and juicy Rocoto from Cuzco, Peru. The pods can grow quite large which makes them ideal for Rocoto rellenos (stuffed rocotos). Tolerates colder nights and late season actually prefers colder moments. If your growing conditions are hot, you can try to spray this plant few times with a cold water to shock the plant a bit into “thinking” the season will be out soon. A must have for any rocoto lover!  Limited supply!
