An awesome breed from the famous ornamental chili pepper Bolivian Rainbow which is now available in very limited batch at fataliiseeds.net!
Besides being much larger version of the original Bolivian Rainbow, this one is also very sweet tasting, mild heat, and ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS looking variation!
The taste is excellent and works great when used in fresh salads for example. They can be also very well eaten fresh as they are!
The variation in looks is simply stunning! They mature from purple to red, sometimes having wonderful bright yellow and orange colors and dark stripes on them depending on the environment they are growing in. No matter where you grow them, they will look outstanding!
This variety is not yet fully stable so expect some variation.
