Description
The Black Cobra chili pepper is a real eye-catcher in the garden, growing straight up with colors that change from green to black and then to a bright red when they’re ready to eat. These peppers are about three inches long and look pretty with their unique silver-leafed hairy plants. They’re spicy, but not too hot, fitting right between the heat of a Serrano and a Cayenne pepper.
Although they’re mainly grown for how good they look, you can also dry them to spice up your food. They add a nice heat to meals without being too overwhelming, perfect for anyone who likes a bit of a kick in their dishes.
