Description

No shortcuts. No essence. No imitation.

Real Vault Smoke is a curated multi-species blend of Finnish-grown chili varieties, slowly smoked for over 24 hours using real wood — nothing else. The result is a deliciously deep, intensely smoky flake that carries both the complexity of several chili species and the honest, penetrating character of genuine wood smoke.

The blend draws from across the Vault — different species, different aromatic qualities, different heat contributions — combined to create something more balanced and complete than any single variety could deliver alone. Some components bring heat, some bring fruitiness, some bring earthy depth. The smoke does not mask the chili. It ties everything together.

The pods are prepared by hand and slowly smoked using traditional Nordic smoking woods. No smoke liquids, sprays, or artificial flavorings are used at any stage — only time, wood, and careful control. After smoking, the chilies are dried using a process refined through decades of experience, locking the blend into a stable, expressive flake.

Heat sits in the hot range. As this is a living, rotating blend, some natural variation in heat between batches is possible — anywhere from medium to hot. The composition may change as Vault availability changes. The process never does.

Produced in a limited run for the Fatalii Chili Vault. Availability is restricted, and this batch may not return.
