These terms apply to all orders placed at fataliiseeds.net.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Products

We sell chili pepper seeds and related items intended for hobby growing and culinary use.

Seed quantities are approximate and may vary slightly by variety.
All seeds are packed in a certified EU seed packing facility in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT where required.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Orders are processed after successful payment.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Finland. Shipping methods and prices are shown at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, postal conditions, and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Economy (untracked) letter shipments

Economy letter shipping is an untracked and slower delivery method. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal conditions, and may take several weeks in some countries.

If an economy shipment is delayed, customers are asked to wait for the normal delivery window for their country before contacting us.

If an economy shipment does not arrive within a reasonable time, reshipment is our primary solution. A replacement shipment will be arranged after the waiting period.

Refunds are generally not offered for economy shipments unless delivery is confirmed as impossible (for example, returned mail or confirmed postal loss).

By choosing economy shipping, the customer accepts these conditions.

6. Tracked shipments

Tracked shipping options include tracking and delivery confirmation.

If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate the case with the postal service and provide either:

a replacement shipment, or
a refund, if delivery is confirmed as impossible.

7. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing correct delivery information
Checking their order confirmation email
Collecting the shipment if required by the local postal service

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete address information
Failure to collect a parcel
Local customs or postal handling issues beyond our control

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

Due to the nature of seeds and hygiene, traceability, and quality requirements, we do not accept returns of seed products.

Seed packets are considered sealed, perishable, and traceable products. For this reason, opened or delivered seed items are not eligible for return or refund.

If there is a clear issue with the order (such as incorrect items or confirmed non-delivery), please contact us and we will provide an appropriate solution.

9. Non-delivery and complaints

If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the customer should contact us.

We will investigate the situation and provide a solution according to the selected shipping method.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the ordered products.

We are not responsible for:

Crop results
Germination success
Growing conditions
Indirect or consequential losses

Seeds are sold without guarantee of performance under specific growing conditions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and applicable EU legislation.
