Description

A jumbo jalapeño bred for size and flesh. The pods reach roughly 12 cm long and 4–5 cm across — genuinely large for the type — with very thick, crisp walls and the classic blunt cone shape, ripening deep green to red.

The heat sits at the gentle end of the jalapeño range, which is exactly the point: there is room here for flavour and for filling. The thick wall is what sells it — this is the jalapeño for poppers and stuffing, where a thin-walled pod collapses. It also grills and pickles beautifully, and the aroma at the green stage is unmistakable.

Large, very upright plants that carry a heavy crop all season without staking, finishing in around 72–77 days from transplant, with resistance to TMV and PVY.
