I live in a country x, do you ship to there?

We currently focus our shipping within the EU and Europe.
Orders outside the EU are also possible, but please note that they are placed at the customer’s own risk. You’ll be asked to confirm that you accept these terms before completing your order.

Unfortunately, there are a few countries we’re not able to deliver to at the moment — for example, the USA. We hope this will change in the future!

When do I get my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Within Europe, orders typically arrive within 2–7 days.

For destinations outside Europe, delivery may take longer — in some cases, even several weeks. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (for Europe) or 45 days (for other regions), please contact us on the chat or at fatalii at fataliiseeds.net, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How many seeds are there per variety?

Each variety includes 8–10+ high-quality seeds  — more than enough for successful growing!

If you’d like to grow more plants of the same variety, you can simply order additional packs or easily propagate your plants from cuttings.

How to get FREE SHIPPING?

The regular FREE SHIPPING limit for seed orders sent as a basic letter is 30 €. ✉️

There are, however, several ways to get FREE SHIPPING even earlier:

  1. Subscribe to our newsletter — this makes you a VIP member, giving you FREE SHIPPING on seed orders over 20 € instead of normal 30 €. It also gives other benefits like permanent discount and access to special categories!

  2. FIP customers (our most loyal members) get FREE SHIPPING on all seed orders, every time. ️ (Check your account page for info!).

  3. By subscribing to fatalii.net/new, you’ll receive notifications about new seed additions — and these updates often include FREE SHIPPING offers for subscribers!

For tracked letters, fertilizers, and other larger items, the FREE SHIPPING limit is 100 €.

One of my varieties looks different than on the site, why?

If a variety is still unstable, it will always be mentioned on our website. The further the generation has progressed, the more stable the variety becomes.

Most of our seeds are closed-pollinated in controlled greenhouses, which minimizes the risk of cross-pollination — though in rare cases, it can still happen. If a variety is open-pollinated, that will also be clearly noted in its description.

We always include a few extra varieties with your order as a small bonus — and as compensation, just in case cross-pollination ever occurs.

If you’re not satisfied with the result and didn’t get the variety you were hoping for, please contact us via chat or email us at fatalii at fataliiseeds.net and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Also, keep in mind that unexpected hybrids can sometimes turn out to be the most fascinating and productive plants! If you enjoy what you got, collect seeds from your favorite pods and continue growing — that’s how new varieties are born! ️✨

What payment options are accepted? How can I pay?

  • Direct bank payments and other local methods like Mobile Pay – via Paytrail in Finland

Remember — our service doesn’t end when you receive your seeds!
As a customer, you can always get answers directly from a professional grower.

What should I do as I don't want to have such a large collection of varieties as I have only limited space... ?

Don’t worry — seeds stay viable for years, especially when stored in a dry and dark place, such as a drawer.

That means you can easily save some varieties for later — or even better, share the joy by giving them as gifts to your friends, relatives, or co-workers! Seeds are such a precious gift to anyone!

There is a mistake / problem with my order, what now?

I / We would like to place a bigger order as a group or company, reseller or a garden, can we get a nice discount for this?
