Aji Finlandia

Description

Aji Finlandia is our own breeding work, named in honour of its homeland. We have been working on it for many years to reach the form we were looking for, and it is still a work in progress, so expect some variation between plants.

The pods are creamy white to light green-yellow, a lovely sight hanging in clusters among the foliage. The flavour is fresh and fruity with a crisp bite, and the heat is surprisingly serious for its type, around 50,000 SHU.

The plant grows quite large and lush and is incredibly prolific, setting clusters of pods throughout the season. Great fresh in salsas and salads, and a fine base for a pale, fruity hot sauce.

Each pack contains approximately 8–10 or more seeds per variety.
Seeds are packaged in a certified EU seed packaging facility in accordance with applicable regulations.
