Big Mustard Mama is a powerful Capsicum chinense variety developed by Troy Primo, combining the aggressive heat lineage of the 7 Pot family with a distinctive mustard-yellow character. It is known not only for its extreme heat, but for its dense structure and deep, savory aroma that sets it apart from sharper, fruit-forward superhots.

This is not a chili that announces itself immediately. The heat builds steadily, then escalates with authority — broad, heavy, and persistent rather than sharp. Alongside the intensity is a surprisingly rich flavor profile: earthy, slightly fermented notes with a subtle natural sweetness beneath the fire.
