When you get too much harvest, besides drying, canning, smoking etc it might be a great idea to freeze some of the chilis.

The best way to preserve them is to store them in ice cube molds as mashed chili. For some you might have add a tiny bit of water to get it processed. Then put them to molds and place them in the freezer.

These cubes are ideal fe. to drop into your frying pan when cooking and the minced chili will be perfectly mixed to your food! This works great all year around!
